Rider Programs
Anyone 18 years of age, or older, can ride with you year round.
Children over the age of 10 can ride with you during the summer months only.
Rider insurance is required and offered through Melton Truck Lines, Inc.

Driver of the Month/Year
Melton honors a special driver each month for his or her outstanding productivity and safety performance.

Ambassador of the Road
Drivers that have driven one million miles with Melton are designated as Melton Ambassadors. These drivers will drive a special Kenworth T-600 with $2500 worth of extra options of the drivers' choice.

Top Fuelers
Drivers that have exceptional MPG receive various recognition awards.

I've Got Your Back
Program designed to encourage Melton drivers to help each other on securement issues while over the road. Various recognition awards are given to those drivers that participate.

Driver Referral Program
Our drivers receive a $1000 bonus for driver referrals that lead to Melton hires*.

Safety Rewards Program
This program will reward drivers with quarterly gift certificates for achieving top safety and performance criteria.

Spotlight on Safety - SAFE 24/7
Program designed to encourage Melton drivers to focus on defensive driving, securement issues, and working safely while over the road. Various recognition awards are given to those drivers & staff that participate.
