Starting Pay - Beginning March 06

  • 35 cpm for less than 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
  • 37 cpm for 6 months to 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
  • 39 cpm for 1 - 3 years of verifiable OTR experience
  • 40 cpm for 3 - 5 years of verifiable OTR experience
  • 41 cpm for 5 years or more

All Drivers are increased to:

  • 41 cpm after 120,000 miles driven with Melton Truck Lines, Inc
  • 42 cpm for 360,000 miles driven with Melton Truck Lines, Inc
  • 43 cpm for 600,000 miles driven with Melton Truck Lines, Inc
  • 45 cpm for 900,000 miles driven with Melton Truck Lines, Inc
  • 46 cpm for 1.2 million miles driven with Melton Truck Lines, Inc

DRIVERS - AVERAGE PAY SHOULD BE OVER 50k
